Studios and Equipment
The Location
We’re located on the beautiful Aske Estate in North Yorkshire, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Our studios are based in an exceptional setting — giving you access to picturesque parkland.
Our location is close to the A1 (M) motorway, which means access by road, rail and air are within easy reach; Newcastle and Leeds-Bradford airports are within one hour. Our closest station is Darlington, located on the East Coast mainline just over two hours from London King Cross. High-quality accommodation can be found in the historic local market town of Richmond.

Toby Trimble
Managing Director
BVM BVS, BVMedSci, MVM, PgCert, DipECVAA, MRCVS EBVS and RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia
Toby has a passion for teaching due to his childhood difficulties in mainstream education due to severe dyslexia, which led him to develop a lifelong interest in education, he neuroscience that underlies learning, and how we can apply this in practice. Toby has produced more than six hundred educational films and understands that course design storytelling techniques are at the core of successful academic courses.

Lianne Bruce
Lead Producer
Lianne has been working in production for thirty plus years and as a Producer for the last seven. Her experience targets taking a project from only an idea through to final fruition and delivery, working on the creative as well as the practical challenges that presents. Whether it’s in live events or video production her project management skills transfer to assist the smooth execution of any project.
Previously she has specialised in delivering live projects for well-known brands such as Warner Bros. and Universal Studios. As well as specialising in the world of licensed IP’s she has had some memorable experiences: the Olympics 2012 staging dept; delivering projects personally in Saudi Arabia and meeting all the Dr Who monsters!
Simeon Quarrie
Non-Executive Director
Simeon has more than 25 years of experience in production and is an award-winning innovator in the education of cybersecurity, equality diversity and inclusion. He has worked with major international brands and is regarded as a leader in the industry.
His work with Trimble Productions centres on the innovative delivery of our educational programs.
Lisa Wiggins
Finance and Administration
Lisa has a wealth of experience assisting growing businesses over the last 35 years and it an integral part of the Trimble Productions team. Lisa is responsible for our administration, client support and film shoot organisation.
Gareth Dakin
Head of Production
Gareth combines his enthusiasm for filmmaking with a deeper understanding of the role visual storytelling plays in making engaging courses. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to head the production team running the studio at Aske, North Yorkshire, UK.
Prior to joining Trimble Productions Gareth has worked with a variety of brands, including Land Rover, Claire’s, White Stuff, Dune and Mamas & Papas to bring brand storytelling to life through visual and audio media, for a range of campaigns and initiatives.
Jon Robbins
Presentation Coach
Jon has more than 25 years of experience as a performance and leadership coach. He worked in both theatre and motion pictures. He assists out clients to feel confident in delivery on screen and on stage through a structured coaching program,
With a long standing interest in learning and human behaviour Jon works closely with Toby Trimble to design our workshops and courses to maximise audicne engagement.

Anna Reed
Sound Engineer
Anna has a wealth of experience recording live music, podcasts and audio for film and TV. The experience of video is 50 % sound meaning her skills help our clients deliver broardcase level audio that really helps their courses stand out.
Anna believes in the value of collaboration, her approachable style puts clients at ease and enables them to feel relaxed while on camera.
Outside of work Anna is a keen kickboxer and surfer.
