Our team is led by a veterinary specialist who has a lifelong passion for education Toby Trimble, He is supported by a small dedicated team who come from the fields of film, TV and live events production. This means we can design and produce world-class educational programs with our clients.

Toby Trimble
Managing Director
BVM BVS, BVMedSci, MVM, PgCert, DipECVAA, MRCVS EBVS and RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia
Toby has a passion for teaching due to his childhood difficulties in mainstream education due to severe dyslexia. He has worked in some of the UK’s top universities and veterinary referral hospitals as an EBVS and RCVS recognised specialist in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia. In 2020 Toby was appointed Assistant Professor of Anaesthesia and Analgesia at the Univerity of Nottingham School of Veterinary Medicine and Science; his teaching and research focus on using technology and video to improve the learning student experience.
He has sought opportunities to improve educational delivery to vets and nurses throughout his career and established Trimble Productions in early 2020 to combine his veterinary medicine and film background.
Toby has produced more than three hundred educational films and understands that course design storytelling techniques are at the core of successful academic courses.

Lianne Bruce
Lead Producer
With 30 years of experience, Lianne’s value is in taking a project from only an idea through to final fruition and delivery, working on the creative solutions as well as the practical challenges that presents.
Previously she has specialised in delivering live projects for well known brands such as Warner Bros. and Universal Studios.

Gareth Dakin
Head of Production
Gareth combines his enthusiasm for filmmaking with a deeper understanding of the role visual storytelling plays in making engaging courses. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to head the production team running the studio at Aske, North Yorkshire, UK.
Prior to joining Trimble Productions Gareth has worked with a variety of brands, including Land Rover, Claire’s, White Stuff, Dune and Mamas & Papas to bring brand storytelling to life through visual and audio media, for a range of campaigns and initiatives.

Anna Reed
Sound Engineer
Anna has a wealth of experience recording live music, podcasts and audio for film and TV. The experience of video is 50 % sound meaning her skills help our clients deliver broardcase level audio that really helps their courses stand out.
Anna believes in the value of collaboration, her approachable style puts clients at ease and enables them to feel relaxed while on camera.
Outside of work Anna is a keen kickboxer and surfer.
Administrator
Lisa has a wealth of experience assisting growing businesses over the last 35 years and it an integral part of the Trimble Productions team. Lisa is responsible for our administration, client support and film shoot organisation.
